Bunny Bites

I brought these guys along for Easter dinner at my Parents.

Blarney Bites

Do you go coo coo for Coco Puffs over Girl Scout Thin Mints? Well, then I don’t know what you’d do if you got your hands on one of these.

Devil’s food cake with just a hint of mint. Drool.

And so easy to make. Here, I’ll show you:

  • Make a boxed devil’s food cake
  • Let it cool
  • Crumble it up
  • Mix in a teaspoon or so of ready-made chocolate frosting
  • Roll into bite-sized balls
  • Cover and freeze for at least an hour
  • Melt down some Wilton Chocolate Mint Candy Melts
  • Dip frozen bites
  • Drop onto wax paper
  • Let bites set
  • Prepare yourself for extreme deliciousness, my lads and lasses
